Ive always had intermittent issues with insomnia, however since my husband was diagnosed with ALS almost 3 years ago at age 43 I have been battling insomnia on a nightly basis. I went to my doctor who diagnosed me with depression, anxiety, insomnia, etc and started me on a regimen of pharmaceuticals including Xanax, Celexa, all kinds of things. Well, none of the helped me sleep. Then along comes this hypnosis app. I got the free version and finally slept!! All through the night. Absolutely Amazing!!!!
