This app is a great tool for people like me who have a lot going on and need help centering and relaxing at bedtime. Its not a stand alone "miracle" but certainly complements other work you can do to reduce stress and anxiety.
Ive got no less than 15 meditation apps and some help me sleep some of the time. I have a very busy and loud mind, like most of us do. This app works, even if I dont fall asleep during, Im so relaxed I can remove my ear buds, take a drink of water and cruise right into dreamland. I also wake up refreshed and I remember my "list" of things to do to start my productive day. 5 stars, hands down.
I like the new options in settings, like use of color visualization instead to tense/relax. This was not my favorite until the changes so good job! Some posts I dont think they realize the long intro is designed to help reset your mind and prepare for relaxing. I like it.
Listened to this in traffic and passed out which caused me to run over a herd of Guinea pigs. Very sad. I saved them for dinner tho

I bought the application two weeks ago and have used it four times. It has worked every time; helping me to fall asleep and to stay asleep.
This app is a miracle! No more awake until 3:30am with mind racing despite taking 10mg Melatonin and prescription anti-anxiety pill. Also easy to go back to sleep if wake up in middle of the night. THANK YOU!
This app worked for me when nothing else did. Most significantly, it rescued me from a 4 year Ambien habit/addiction which had begun to take its toll on my memory and general cognition. I actually downloaded the app several months ago but used it first last month after becoming somewhat desperate for a healthier remedy for insomnia. I dont consider myself to be "suggestible" (as best candidates for hypnosis often are); nonetheless, Ive yet to consciously hear the end of the 28 minute session. Ive recommended this to 2 or 3 others for whom it has also worked very well. Thanks a lot.
Many of us have trouble with meditation overall and cannot stop thinking for even two seconds. This music puts me right into the moment so my sleep apnea is not too bad. Love that I can use it with my apple watch and its so easy to setup.
This app is great for people with sleep apnea and people that are into meditation. I think this app will help a lot of people and the great thing about it is that it is very easy to use.
I find that when I use this app I fall asleep faster and get a more sound sleep.

It is such an amazing app for anyone who suffers from sleep apnea! It helps you to become calm by meditation and help you with your sleep issues! Highly recommended
This is absolutely what I have been looking for. This app has help me get to sleep faster and more importantly, stay a sleep through the night. It works by using sort of a meditation to get you in the right frame of mind to help you fall asleep. Im not sure if this would help with sleep apnea but it is worth a try! Sleep apnea is a problem with many people. I like this Sleep Well Hypnosis app. It gives me a form of meditation. The woman who speaks in the app has a soothing voice. I like the interface of the app. This app is also informal! I found no issues within the app.
It has always been a problem to make my brain slow down and forget about work. By focusing on the commentator, most of the time I can fall asleep.
Helps me fall asleep and stay asleep.
I listen every night. Never even remember falling asleep and dont wake until morning!
Decent app... repetitive sound and lady, good sometimes sometimes not yawn
